JAMMU, July 9 -- A three-day Capacity Building Programme on Public Financial Management System (PFMS), Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and preparation of final accounts including income and expenditure account and balance sheet, for principals and staff of Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir was conducted at Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute (NZATI), Jammu from 7 to 9 July 2026.
The concluding session was held under the guidance and supervision of Director Finance/Principal NZATI Rajesh Talwar.
