JAMMU, June 19 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu Rattan Lal Gupta said that the BJP leadership in Jammu and Kashmir is frustrated and confused because the Omar Abdullah-led Government has started fulfilling the commitments made to the people in its election manifesto despite functioning under the limitations of a Union Territory. The Government has been in office since October 2024 and has already taken several significant initiatives aimed at employment generation, social welfare, infrastructure development, education, health, tourism, and rural development.
