Jammu, Feb. 13 -- Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Jammu & Kashmir Branch Office, actively participated in the Agriculture Summit & Kisan Mela 2026 organized at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu on 11th to 13th February 2026.

More than 700 students along with their escort teachers from around 15 BIS Standard Club schools of Jammu, Kathua, Samba, Udhampur, and Rajouri districts attended the Summit. The students explored exhibitions and live demonstrations on modern agricultural practices, AI-enabled farming, innovative agri-technologies, and food processing technologies.
