LEH, July 6 -- Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, UT Ladakh, Ms. Bhanu Prabha, IAS, was presented a Certificate of Appreciation by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on the auspicious occasion of his 91st birthday.
