BARAMULLA, April 20 -- Chief Planning Officer (CPO) Baramulla, Nisar Ahmad today chaired a review meeting of charge officers at the DC office meeting hall here to assess the preparedness for the upcoming Census 2027 exercise in the district. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the roles and responsibilities at the charge level to ensure smooth and timely execution of the census operations. Emphasis was laid on the creation of House Listing Blocks (HLBs) and accurate mapping of villages to facilitate systematic enumeration.
