JAMMU, April 20 -- In a programme organized by the BJP SC Morcha District Jammu, BJP spokesperson, social activist, and writer-poet Balbir Ram Rattan was honoured with a shawl by District President Vijay Anand Gill in recognition of his outstanding writings and inspirational poetry. On this occasion, Jugal Kishore, President of the Upper Gumat Ravidas Sabha, also presented a memento to Balbir. The dignitaries and party workers present at the event praised his literary contributions and described him as a vigilant voice of society.
The programme was presided over by District President Vijay Anand Gill. During the event, he also recited a poem written by Balbir Ram Rattan on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
