JAMMU, May 14 -- Former Sarpanch Badrinath Sharma was today accorded a warm felicitation at the Gandhi Nagar office of Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party after being appointed President of the party's Kissan Wing for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The appointment was made on the directions of party President Altaf Ahmad Bukhari.
