JAMMU, April 30 -- Amit Sharma, IAS, Chief Principal Census Officer (CPCO) and Director Census Operations (DCO), Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, today held a detailed interaction with officers of the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M), J&K, to review preparedness and sensitise stakeholders regarding Census 2027, with a special focus on coverage of migrant population and also visited few migrant camps to have first hand interaction over the issues from the migrant populace relating to census coming-up soon. Apart from this, he also conducted a visit on few migrant camps later to understand issues of the community and create awareness amongst them towards Census 2027.
