Jammu, April 26 -- With Union Home Minister Amit Shah scheduled to visit Leh on April 30 for a two-day tour, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has announced a fresh round of talks with agitating groups of Ladakh on May 22, signalling a renewed push to revive the stalled dialogue process.
The next meeting of the sub-committee for political dialogue will be held under the aegis of the High-Powered Committee constituted by the MHA. The announcement was made by Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Vinai Kumar Saxena, who described the move as a step towards constructive engagement.
