UDHAMPUR, July 29 -- Former Indian Hockey Captain, AICC Secretary and Jammu & Kashmir Congress Co-Incharge Pargat Singh on Wednesday visited Udhampur and held an organisational meeting with Congress leaders and workers, emphasising the need to further strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
