SRINAGAR, Aug. 13 -- Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat on Thursday chaired a high-level security review meeting at Police Control Room (PCR) Kashmir to assess the overall security preparedness and arrangements ahead of the Independence Day celebrations across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
During the meeting, DGP Nalin Prabhat reviewed the operational preparedness of the security forces and directed officers to maintain a high level of alertness in the run-up to Independence Day celebrations.
