Srinagar, June 15 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday filed a chargesheet against a Junior Engineer of the J&K Housing Board and his wife for allegedly possessing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income According to an ACB statement, the chargesheet in FIR No. 18/2020 was presented before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, under Section 5(1)(e) read with Section 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act, Svt. 2006, and Section 109 RPC.
The accused have been identified as Tariq Ahmad Ganie, Junior Engineer with the J&K Housing Board and son of Ghulam Qadir Ganie, and his wife, Mst. Rukhsana Jan, an Anganwadi worker in the ICDS Department. Both are residents of Aalai Gund, Ch...
