Srinagar, Aug. 27 -- In a major reshuffle in Jammu and Kashmir Police, senior IPS officer M.K. Sinha, who was serving as Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Headquarters, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, CID J&K, the Intelligence Chief of the Union Territory.
According to an order issued by the Home DepartmentNitish Kumar, ADGP CID J&K has been posted as ADGP J&K Armed Police.
Uttam Chand, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Police Operations & Services, PHQ has been posted as IGP Railways J&K vice Vivek Gupta. He shall also continue to hold the additional charge of IGP Operations & Services.
