SRINAGAR, April 6 -- The passage of Women's Reservation Act amendments would be an inspiring step and a dream come true for the womenfolk of the country, BJP leader and Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board chairperson Darakshan Andrabi sad here on Monday.
