India, Nov. 2 -- Zoho has unveiled a major upgrade to Zoho Analytics, adding an intelligence layer that connects business data, organisational context and automated action. The business intelligence platform will now go beyond reports and dashboards, allowing AI agents to interpret business information and trigger workflows.

At the centre of the upgrade are new semantic and ontology layers. The ontology layer maps an organisation's structure, while the semantic layer defines business terms and key metrics. Together, they give AI agents a clearer understanding of how a business operates and how its data should be interpreted.
