India, Oct. 20 -- Workday and Anthropic are joining forces to bring AI reasoning closer to the systems that manage an organisation's people, money and daily operations. The partnership connects Anthropic's Claude with Workday's Sana AI agents and enterprise data, allowing employees to work across HR and finance tasks without leaving their chosen AI experience.

Announced at Workday Rising 2026 in Las Vegas on 13 October, the partnership is designed to let people begin work in either Sana or Claude. Context and controls are intended to carry across both experiences, so users can continue a task rather than start again in a different tool.
