India, July 8 -- Whatfix has finalised a global strategic partnership with PTC. The alliance establishes Whatfix as the exclusive agentic digital adoption platform (DAP) provider partnering directly with PTC inside the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) segment.

The joint initiative will deploy contextual, real-time user enablement layers across highly complex engineering ecosystems, assisting manufacturers in the automotive, industrial equipment, and medical device sectors with accelerating operational excellence and maximising the return on investment (ROI) of their core PLM installations.
