India, Sept. 24 -- Virtusa is set for a change at the top of its board, with Srinivas BG appointed as the company's new Chairman of the Board of Directors from October 1, 2026.

BG brings more than 40 years of global business leadership across Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services and Manufacturing. His career has included leadership roles at PCCW, Infosys and ABB, where he worked across digital transformation, large business operations and acquisition integrations.

For Virtusa, the appointment comes as technology and business priorities continue to shift, particularly around AI and digital transformation.
