India, Sept. 28 -- AI and high-density computing are putting more pressure on data centre cooling systems, making what happens after infrastructure is designed increasingly important. Vertiv is responding by expanding its field capabilities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa through the acquisition of King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES).

The agreement adds fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centres and other applications to Vertiv's existing portfolio.
