India, Sept. 17 -- Unstop acquires PerspectAI in a move that could broaden how employers assess talent beyond conventional credentials. The proposed acquisition will bring PerspectAI's AI-powered talent assessment capabilities into Unstop's existing talent engagement and hiring platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal is significant because it adds another layer to the hiring process. Instead of relying mainly on resumes, skills and proof of work, employers could gain access to behavioural and cognitive signals designed to indicate employability, role fit and future potential.
