India, Aug. 5 -- India's data centre industry is entering a new growth phase, and the TCC Concept Limited data centre expansion marks another important milestone in that journey. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, NES Data Private Limited, the company has signed an MoU to acquire land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune, to develop a next-generation data centre campus with a planned IT load capacity of up to 60 MW. Subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals, the project reflects TCC's long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in enterprise digital infrastructure.
