India, Nov. 3 -- Organisations may feel prepared for cyber disruption, but their day-to-day data protection practices tell a more complicated story. The Synology survey found that 99% of respondents were confident in their organisation's resilience, yet gaps in backup frequency, recovery testing and tool integration remain. In India, 64% of organisations reported making a new data protection purchase after a security incident, the highest share among the markets studied.

Conducted by Foundry among 308 IT decision-makers across Australia, India and the Middle East and Africa (MEA), the 2026 Enterprise Survey examines how businesses are preparing for growing data protection demands as AI adoption increases.
