India, Sept. 16 -- Sonata Information Technology Limited (SITL), the domestic business of Sonata Software, has signed a five-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support cloud adoption and modernisation among enterprises in India.

Announced on September 15, 2026, the agreement will see Sonata and AWS pursue a joint go-to-market strategy focused on cloud and AI transformation opportunities across the Indian market.

Under the agreement, Sonata will invest in dedicated AWS-focused sales, presales, technical and delivery capabilities. The company will also expand joint go-to-market activities across BFSI, retail, manufacturing, IT and healthcare.
