India, Sept. 14 -- Salesforce has introduced Slackforce Surfaces, a new capability that turns data from Salesforce and other connected sources into interactive experiences inside Slack.

The move builds on Slack CRM and Slackbot's ability to read from, write to and take action across Salesforce through MCP. The aim is to let teams work with business data without leaving their conversations.

Users can ask Slackbot to create dashboards, reports, executive HTML decks, calculators or other interactive experiences using the data and context already available to them.
