India, Oct. 26 -- Siemens and NVIDIA are working to change when electronics manufacturers prepare circuit-board inspections. Their collaboration combines industrial software, Digital Twin Technology and AI-generated images to help teams prepare automated optical inspection (AOI) processes before physical printed circuit boards reach the production line.

The goal is to reduce manual engineering work, speed up inspection readiness and help manufacturers respond to product changes without repeatedly disrupting production. The work is being demonstrated at Siemens Electronics Factory in Erlangen, Germany.
