India, Sept. 11 -- Orient Technologies is expanding its cybersecurity business after signing a three-year contract worth USD 3.15 million with Securonix. The company also plans additional investments as the business grows, taking the total planned investment to approximately USD 5 million during the expansion.

Under the expanded relationship, Orient Technologies will become Securonix's exclusive Value-Added Distributor (VAD) and joint go-to-market partner in India. The company will also build capabilities across implementation, professional services, technical support, managed security and Security Operations Centre (SOC) enablement.
