India, Aug. 7 -- The Lumina Datamatics TNQTech acquisition has reached its final stage, with Lumina Datamatics completing the 100 percent acquisition of TNQTech. Following its earlier purchase of an 80% stake in December 2024, the company has now acquired the remaining 20%, making TNQTech a wholly owned subsidiary.

The move strengthens Lumina Datamatics' position as a global scholarly publishing partner, bringing together the scale of both organisations to serve publishers worldwide.

The completed acquisition combines Lumina Datamatics' global customer base, technology expertise and operational scale with TNQTech's strengths in scholarly publishing technology and AI-driven solutions.
