India, Oct. 12 -- India's enterprise AI journey is moving into a new phase. The challenge is no longer just testing artificial intelligence, but deploying it at scale while managing risk and proving business value. Dell Technologies' Dell AI research Study, part of its Modern Enterprise Readiness Study 2026, points to three factors shaping that transition: security, infrastructure and technology partnerships.

The study surveyed 2,950 business and IT decision-makers across 35 countries, including 150 respondents from India and 950 across Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC). It found that the share of Indian organisations with AI or GenAI solutions in production grew by a third in 12 months.
