India, Oct. 30 -- Barracuda Networks has appointed Dan Fletcher as Chief Financial Officer, bringing in a finance leader with experience in scaling software businesses, managing acquisitions and guiding companies through major changes. The appointment comes as Barracuda looks to build on its cybersecurity platform strategy and prepare for its next phase of growth.

The move is more than a change in the finance leadership role. It puts an executive with experience across software operations, investment and corporate transactions at the centre of Barracuda's growth plans.
