India, Sept. 16 -- UN leaders face mounting pressure to move beyond rhetoric as Nepal's deadly glacier collapse and record global disasters expose the cost of climate inaction.
With the Iran war fuelling the worst energy crisis in history, experts say UNGA and COP31 must link energy security, loss and damage finance and electrification to concrete, trackable commitments, not vague promises.
