India, June 28 -- Yazali in Arunachal Pradesh's Lower Subansiri district experienced catastrophic flash floods and landslides triggered by an intense, cloudburst-like downpour. In just 24 hours, Yazali recorded -with most of it falling in a narrow window between 6 am and 9 am on June 24.
