India, May 21 -- Zinc prices edged higher on Thursday, with futures rising by 10 paise to Rs 368.25 per kilogram amid increased buying interest from market participants.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for June delivery gained 0.03 percent to trade at Rs 368.25 per kg, with a business turnover of 292 lots.

Traders said improved demand in the spot market supported the uptick in zinc futures prices.
