India, Aug. 13 -- Zinc futures prices declined Rs 1.65 to Rs 393.90 per kg on Thursday, pressured by subdued demand in the physical market and negative spot market cues.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for August delivery fell 0.42% to Rs 393.90 per kg, with a business turnover of 482 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to participants reducing their positions amid slack demand from consuming industries, which weighed on zinc prices.
