India, May 14 -- Zinc prices inched up on Thursday, rising 70 paise to Rs 363.90 per kg in futures trade amid fresh bets by market participants.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange of India, zinc contracts for June delivery gained 70 paise, or 0.19 per cent, to Rs 363.90 per kg with a business turnover of 137 lots.
Traders attributed the rise in zinc futures to improved demand in the spot market.
