India, April 15 -- Wipro Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC for a consideration of up to $70.8 million.
The acquisition will provide Wipro access to key clients, associated contracts, and workforce, strengthening its AI-led and consulting-driven application services portfolio while opening up new growth opportunities.
The agreement was signed on April 14, 2026, through Wipro's subsidiaries, as per a regulatory filing.
