India, May 19 -- Visaka Industries Ltd. on Monday, 18 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 60 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 26 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 June 2026.
The last five dividends are 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 June 2025), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 June 2024), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 June 2023), 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 April 2023) and 80% Final dividend (Ex Date : 26 May 2022).
