India, Sept. 11 -- Vikram Solar has secured a 124 MW module supply order for a solar project in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, strengthening its presence in India's utility-scale solar market.
Under the agreement, the company will supply high-efficiency G12R TOPCon solar modules with rated capacities ranging from 620 Wp to 630 Wp. Module deliveries are scheduled to begin in October 2026.
The order comes as Vikram Solar expands its manufacturing capabilities, with its module production capacity recently scaled up to 15.5 GW. The company said the increased capacity and broader technology portfolio will enable it to meet the growing demand from utility-scale solar projects and support India's push for domestic renewable energy manufacturing.
