India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.93 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 21.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 91.20 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.25 per cent at Rs 151.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 220.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.56 per cent to Rs 147.01 crore from Rs 208.69 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 76.61 per cent at Rs 4.86 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 20.78 crore).
