India, June 3 -- Varroc Engineering Limited has entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China's TOLYY Optronics to strengthen its capabilities in next-generation digital cockpit solutions and advanced automotive display technologies.
Under the partnership, TOLYY will supply fully integrated display modules, including display panels, backlight units, touch interfaces, enclosures, and electronic control units, while also supporting screen-only supply for localized assembly in India. Varroc will utilize its engineering, validation, and manufacturing expertise to integrate and customize these advanced display solutions for global passenger and commercial vehicle platforms.
