India, Aug. 21 -- Vardhman Textiles Ltd. on Thursday, 07 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 250 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 28 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 28 August 2026.
The last five dividends are 250% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 175% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 September 2023), 340% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 02 November 2021) and 175% Final dividend (Ex Date : 16 September 2021).
