India, June 9 -- Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited has received a purchase order worth Rs 4.24 crore, inclusive of taxes, from one of India's largest private sector banks for providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.
The company received the order on June 9, 2026, and said the contract pertains to the delivery of AMC services for the bank. The order is from a domestic entity and is scheduled for immediate execution.
Unified Data Tech clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company further stated that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
