India, June 11 -- Torrent Power Ltd. on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 19 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 19 June 2026.
The last five dividends are 150% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 February 2026), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 June 2025), 140% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 February 2025), 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 June 2024) and 120% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 February 2024).
