India, March 30 -- Tejas Networks has announced a significant milestone, having delivered over 17,000 IP/MPLS routers for BharatNet Phase III. The company's TJ1400 routers are currently being deployed across 9 states and 5 union territories through its Project Implementation Agency (PIA) partners, with several locations already handling live network traffic.
In total, Tejas Networks is set to supply nearly 60,000 routers for the project, which will cover more than 55,000 Gram Panchayats and around 2,000 blocks nationwide.
