India, July 30 -- The Technology Development Board (TDB) under the Department of Science & Technology (DST) has extended financial assistance to Sonic Biochem Extractions Pvt. Ltd. for the development and commercialization of Functional and Textured Soya Protein Concentrates (FSPC and TSPC) using the company's indigenous technology.
The project involves setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Indore for commercial-scale production of advanced plant-based protein ingredients.
