India, July 21 -- TD Power Systems Ltd. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 55 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 05 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 05 August 2026.
The last five dividends are 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 November 2025), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 July 2025), 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 11 November 2024), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 August 2024) and 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 22 November 2023).
