India, June 2 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.59 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.00 per cent at Rs 11.45 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.11 per cent to Rs 9.11 crore from Rs 9.50 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 250.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).
