Syngene Intl. has declared 12.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

India, May 13 -- Syngene International Ltd. on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 12.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 26 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 June 2026.

The last five dividends are 12.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 June 2025), 12.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 June 2024), 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 June 2023), 5% Special dividend (Ex Date : 30 June 2022) and 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 June 2022).
