India, Aug. 25 -- Suzlon Energy on Tuesday announced a fresh 250 MW wind order from Torrent Green Energy, taking the cumulative capacity of its partnership with the Torrent Group company to more than 1.3 GW.
The latest order marks the sixth from Torrent and strengthens Suzlon's presence across Gujarat, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. With this addition, Suzlon's new order intake in FY27 has crossed 1.1 GW.
Under the order, Suzlon will supply 76 units of its S144 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 3.3 MW. The company will also provide grid integration services along with long-term operations and maintenance support.
