India, June 1 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.58 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.38 per cent at Rs 5.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.60 per cent to Rs 4.27 crore from Rs 5.12 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 533.33 per cent at Rs -0.26 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.06 crore).
