India, April 27 -- Sterling Tools Limited has entered into a collaboration with Nanjing Haohang Technology to develop advanced rider assistance systems (ARAS) for India's two-wheeler segment.
The partnership includes a Technology Collaboration Agreement (TCA) and a Supply Agreement (SA), aimed at bringing advanced safety technologies to the domestic market.
Under the arrangement, Sterling Tools will handle local development, system integration, manufacturing, and sales of ARAS solutions tailored for Indian conditions.
